Research Name: Temperature and power or energy consumption on multi-core platform
Abstract Research: My current research mainly concentrates on the temperature and power or energy consumption problem on 3-D platform, with a focus on the interplay between temperature and leakage power consumption. The work includes the study of the system-level thermal models that can capture the temperature-leakage interdependency for system level analysis, and also to develop and validate novel and effective real-time scheduling techniques under both 2-D and 3-D multiple processor platforms. Research Slides
